How do we produce a CCTV Camera?

Here I would like to share you the details of producing CCTV camera.

Purchase of raw materials

Purchase the camera boards, IR LEDs, camera housing, cables, etc. from other suppliers. We have been working with them for over 3 years.

Camera board and lens test

Test the lens of cameras by focussing them.

Semi-finished product aging test

Test the semi-finished product by workers. It will be aging in indoor constant temperature for 40 degrees and 12 hours. If the Camera has IR CUT function, it should be open the relay timer in order to change the pattern of day or night.

Assemble the camera

Assemble the outer shell of the camera, so the camera has been finished product.

Aging

All of the security cameras aging test for 48h.

Test the camera

Waterproof test and constant temperature & voltage test. Iris, etc. If it is qualified, then it will be put in the passed inspection area.

Packaging

Packing qualified cameras in colorful boxes.

OEM Communication (1-3 days)

We will contact you when we receive your inquiry and recommend our products according to your requirements. At this stage, we will also discuss delivery time, payment methods, shipping methods, etc.

Sample Testing (7-14 days)

Customers pay the deposit and send us the samples, we will arrange the production within 1 day. Our approval process is efficient and fast to maximize the time and cost savings for our customers.

Step 3

Contrat and Payment (1-2 days)

After the samples are approved, we will discuss the bulk order. We will sign a contract with you when we receive your purchase order (PO).

Once the details of the proforma invoice are confirmed by both of us, you need to arrange the deposit and provide the bank slip to us.

Step 4

Bulk Manufacturing (7-25 days)

Depends on the order quantity. The production lead time means the days’ factory needs to finish the whole production and be ready for shipping after receiving the order being placed.

Most of the CCTV supplies lead is 7-30 days.

Step 5

Custom Clearance and Loading Time (1-2 days)

The staff load the products onto vans, and once cleared, drivers then transport them to various dispatch points.

Step 6

Shipping (7-30 days)

There are different shipping ways for options. Air shipping is fast but expensive, it’s a good choice for urgent orders, it only takes 7-10 days max. Sea shipping is the most economical shipping way, time is much longer than air, takes 20-30 days.
